Sue’s Line Dancing home

Hi, all my line-dancing friends!

I have been line dancing for 35-plus years, and I began teaching line dance classes in Henderson eleven years ago. I have had the opportunity to participate in line dances and line dance seminars in many different parts of the world. Europe, Asia, the South Pacific, and all over the United States. Line dancing is worldwide, and every region, even here in the United States, has its own take and variations of line dancing, but they are all fun. Line dancing is not just boot-stomping country. I teach line dances to Latin music, Rock and Roll music, Country music, Cha-Cha, Tango, Rumba, Waltz, Salsa, Samba, Party, Club, and Asian…

Learning to line dance

While there are many different line dances, they all use the same basic steps, but in different combinations. It can be really challenging to follow the dance if you do not have a basic knowledge of the steps, whether you are attending a class or dancing at the club. So, below are a couple of links to instructional videos that give the basic steps used in line dancing.

The Dance List is on the next pages, pages 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7
